Retainer/Media Partner Package

In the situations where companies might require a very large video output, or an ongoing production of video output usually come to a tricky situation. The former usually ends up requiring a large investment and the latter is usually too unpredictable in terms of timings for shoots. So, we created this particular type of service to tackle the aforementioned issues. There are two working methods for a Retainer/Media Partner Package.

Based on an

Agreed Video Output

If you choose to go with this option, we can look at your entire need of video output, come up with a comprehensive quote and then split it in monthly payments depending on the needs of the business. On average, and with a minimum spend of £1,500 per month, we can split payments either over 3 months, over 6 months (giving you a discount of 5%) or over 12 months (Giving you a discount of 10%). This way you can start getting a return on investment on the videos to help with the monthly budget allocation.

Based on an

Agreed Budget

If you choose to go with this option, we would agree on a “Pot of Money” allocated for video production and every time the company needs our services, we can subtract money from the “Pot”. The amount could either be amended every 6 to 12 months depending on the changing needs of the business.

Out of those, the number of shoot days is the biggest cost-driving factor as it requires an entire day to be booked off, regardless of whether we're only shooting for a half or a full day. With that in mind, if we package together more than one video in the same shooting day, we can save our clients on average of £1,000-£3,000 per project. Moreover, if a package with more than one video is picked the editing cost easily covers up to 3 Cinematic Reels for social media from each of the long videos.
